Workout tracker & AI fitness coach

Put your workouts to work.

Isofit is a workout tracker that helps you make sense of your training. Log by tap, text or voice, and see which muscles you’re working—and which you might be overlooking. Meet Atlas, Isofit’s built-in personal AI fitness coach. With your permission, Atlas reads your workout history to help you review sessions and plan what’s next.

Available on the App Store and on the web.

The app

What Isofit does

Isofit has four parts, one per tab in the app: a logger that takes taps, typed lines or your voice; a body graph of the muscles your sets reached; Atlas, an AI coach; and Bonfire, a members-only community feed.

01 · Log it

Log a workout by tapping, typing or talking

Every exercise is a row with the numbers that fit it: sets, reps and weight, distance and time, or a hold, plus RPE. Type one Quicklog line such as "bench 5x5 225lbs" and get finished rows, parsed on your phone with no signal needed. Or say the session and review the draft before it saves.

Isofit's Log tab showing today's session with back squat, overhead press and incline bench rows, each with sets, reps, pounds and RPE, start and rest timers, a Finish session button, and a Quicklog text bar beside a microphone button.

02 · See it

See which muscles your training actually reaches

Every working set you log counts toward the muscles it trains, and the body graph shades a front and back figure by that count over 7, 30 or 90 days or all time. The muscles with the most credited work read warmest; those with relatively little stay pale. It counts logged work, not recovery. The full graph is part of Pro.

The lower half of Isofit's body graph. A Sets by muscle list reads Side Delts 11, Triceps 10, Glutes 9, Biceps 8, Front Delts 8. Beside it a 7D, 30D, 90D and ALL filter sits above cards for Total sets 45, Most worked Side Delts and Least worked Upper Back.

03 · Ask Atlas

Ask Atlas, an AI coach that can read your log

Atlas is a chat coach inside Isofit. Ask it to review a session, explain a stalled lift or plan next week. Turn on personalization and it answers from your own training history; leave it off and it gives general guidance. It does not give medical advice.

An Atlas conversation. The member says they just logged a session of lat pulldowns, seated cable rows, barbell curls and shoulder presses, and asks what to change next time. Atlas replies to put the incline dumbbell press before the pulling work, calls five sets at RPE 6 reasonable, suggests reducing back volume slightly, and says to keep the shoulder press light and strictly pain-free.
Real screenA question about the session just logged, answered against that session.

04 · Bonfire

Share a session at the Bonfire, or never post at all

Bonfire is a members-only feed with one post a day per member, with no follows, groups or direct messages. Your log stays private unless you choose to post it.

Isofit's Bonfire tab showing the Home and Embers feed toggle, a search bar for members and categories, a New post button, and a post by @treetoptremor with a barbell squat photo captioned Barbell squat 3x5 225lbs, tagged strength.
A post is a session someone logged, with a photo. One a day, members only.

Differences

What makes Isofit different

Compared with Hevy, Strong, Fitbod and JEFIT as each describes itself, read October 17, 2026. Those four are released, run on Android and a watch, and most cost less.

  • Log by typing or talking

Type "bench 5x5 225lbs" or say the session. None of the four advertises typed or voice logging.

  • A coach inside the app

Atlas is a chat coach built into Isofit. Hevy's chat runs inside ChatGPT; Strong, Fitbod and JEFIT advertise no chat.

  • Any time window

The body graph looks back 7, 30 or 90 days or all time. Hevy's heat map covers the last 7 days.

  • One log for five kinds of training

Nearly 500 exercises across lifting, cardio, yoga, sports and martial arts, plus add unlimited custom exercises. The four describe themselves as strength-first or strength-focused.

  • No followers or leaderboards

Bonfire allows one post a day, with no follows. Hevy's feed is built on follows, with leaderboards.

An Hu

Founder, designer & developer

I founded Isofit to make workout logs useful beyond the workout. I design and build the app myself, working between New York City and Philadelphia.

I wanted to see my progress, understand where my effort was going, and know whether my program was actually working.

I’m also a new father. Most of Isofit was built during nap time.
