The Short Version

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Isofit. A few points matter enough to say up front: Atlas is an AI system, not a person. What it tells you is general fitness information that can be wrong, and it is never medical advice. Exercise carries real physical risk, and decisions about your training and your health are yours. The full Terms below control.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Isofit iOS application and the web services at isofit.app (together, "the Service"), operated by Isofit ltd. ("Isofit," "we," "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your personal data. It is part of your agreement with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us at support@isofit.app if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Memberships, Billing, and Cancellation

The core workout logger is available free of charge. Paid membership tiers unlock additional features, including expanded Atlas access. The features, prices, and billing period of each tier are shown before you purchase.

• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe or by Apple through the App Store, depending on where you purchase. We do not store your full card details.
• Renewal and cancellation. Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; where you purchased through Apple, Apple's subscription management and refund processes apply.
• Changes. We may change membership pricing or included features with advance notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

Canceling a membership does not delete your account or data — see Section 10 of the Privacy Policy for account deletion.

5. Atlas and AI-Generated Content

"Atlas" is Isofit's AI coaching feature. "AI Content" means any output generated or synthesized by artificial-intelligence or automated systems within the Service, including Atlas chat responses, form-check feedback, training insights and syntheses, progress analyses and visualizations (including the body graph and other Progress outputs), and structured training suggestions such as workout programs, exercise prescriptions, and training targets.

5.1 Atlas Is an AI System, Not a Person

Atlas is an automated system built on artificial-intelligence models operated by third-party providers. It is not a human being. No human reviews or composes Atlas's responses before you see them, even when a response feels conversational or personal.

5.2 AI Content Can Be Wrong

AI Content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for you — for example, poorly matched to your physical condition, injury history, experience level, available equipment, or circumstances. It reflects patterns in training data, not verified knowledge about you. Do not rely on AI Content without checking it against your own judgment, and where it matters, against a qualified professional. You decide what to act on; that decision is yours alone.

5.3 Not Medical Advice

AI Content is general fitness and educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider. Consult a healthcare provider before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether an activity is safe for you. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Atlas said. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, stop exercising and seek medical attention. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately — do not use Atlas.

5.4 No Professional Relationship

Your use of Atlas does not create a trainer-client, doctor-patient, therapist-patient, dietitian-client, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Isofit. Atlas is not a licensed professional of any kind.

5.5 Training Suggestions Are Starting Points

Atlas may produce structured, actionable outputs — programs, prescribed exercises, sets, loads, or targets. These are automatically generated suggestions to help you organize training, not instructions. You choose whether and how to follow them, and you are responsible for scaling them to your own abilities, using proper form and appropriate equipment, and training in a safe environment.

5.6 Your Inputs to Atlas

You keep ownership of the messages, images, voice recordings, and other content you submit to Atlas ("Inputs"). You grant Isofit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your Inputs — including transmitting them to the AI model providers identified in the Privacy Policy — as needed to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy. We do not use your Inputs or your fitness or health data to train AI models without your express opt-in consent, and Apple Health (HealthKit) data is never used to train AI models. Atlas memory and personalization are controlled by the consent settings described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit other people's personal or health information to Atlas, and do not use Atlas for anything time-critical or safety-critical.

6. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise is inherently risky. Risks include muscle and joint injury, aggravation of existing conditions, cardiac events, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. By using the Service, you voluntarily accept these risks for the activities you choose to perform. You are responsible for your own health decisions, including obtaining medical clearance where appropriate, knowing your limits, and choosing activities, loads, equipment, and environments that are safe for you — whether or not an activity was suggested by AI Content.

7. Your Content and the Bonfire

The Bonfire is Isofit's community space. You own the content you post there (posts, comments, photos, videos) and any workout data you choose to share. You grant Isofit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the Service and to show it to other members according to your visibility settings.

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community, as described in Section 9.

8. $ISO and Rewards

$ISO is Isofit's in-app participation and rewards feature. $ISO has no cash value, is not money, currency, an investment, or a security, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service. $ISO is a limited, revocable license feature, not your property. Earning rates, redemption options, and eligibility rules are shown in the app and may change. We may adjust or remove $ISO balances obtained through abuse, error, or fraud, and we may modify or discontinue the $ISO feature with reasonable notice. Specific rewards (including partner redemptions) may carry their own stated conditions.

If the nature or functionality of $ISO ever changes — for example, if new earning, redemption, or transfer functionality is introduced — that change will be introduced under updated or supplemental terms presented to you before it takes effect. Nothing in the Service or these Terms is a promise that $ISO will ever have monetary value or any particular future functionality.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit;
• impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false information;
• attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent security or access another member's account or data;
• attempt to misuse Atlas, including trying to extract other members' data, generate harmful content, or circumvent its safety measures;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service, or access it by automated means outside the interfaces we provide;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service except where the law permits despite this term;
• abuse the $ISO economy, referral programs, or rewards through fraud, automation, or manipulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

10. Intellectual Property; Feedback

The Service — including its software, design, branding, exercise library, and content other than member content and your Inputs — belongs to Isofit or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial fitness purposes. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party services — including Stripe and Apple for payments, the AI model providers identified in the Privacy Policy, and optional platform connections such as Apple Health, Strava, Fitbit, Garmin, Spotify, and Apple Music. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isofit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no warranty as to AI Content — including its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for you, your goals, or your physical condition. Fitness results vary and are not guaranteed.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Isofit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service.
• Isofit will not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your voluntary participation in physical exercise, or from your use of or reliance on AI Content — including Atlas conversations, form-check feedback, and structured training suggestions.
• Isofit's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or fifty US dollars (US $50).

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Isofit harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from content you post, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights — to the extent such indemnification is enforceable in your jurisdiction.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practicable. Sections 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, and 17 survive termination.

16. Changes to the Service and These Terms

Isofit is an evolving product. Features — including Atlas's capabilities, underlying AI models, and behavior — may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms from time to time; if a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after notice takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Isofit agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.

If the law of your home jurisdiction gives you mandatory consumer rights, or the right to bring or defend proceedings in your local courts, nothing in this section takes those rights away.
